The car park is a shared but secure area.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booked session.
Do not park in front of or block the car park gate.
The car park can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
Ensure all gates are closed and secure.
Be mindful and thoughtful of all customers.
Only take your dog out of the car once the previous customer has put their dog(s) in their car.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the car park.
We do not tolerate abusive behaviour and will address any concerns promptly and appropriately.
