Grow Walkies bookings cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds.
However, you can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your booking start time, subject to availability.
If your plans change, you can move your booking to a different time or date that works better for you.
If you don't know when you would like to reschedule yet, you can continue to move your booking each time you need to, as long as changes are made at least 12 hours before your session start time and are subject to availability.
