Arrival
Please do not arrive at the shared car park more than 5 minutes before your booked session time.
This helps keep the car park calm and ensures previous customers have enough time to safely leave with their dogs before your session begins.

Departure
You must be back in your car and ready to leave by the end of your booking time.
Our fields are booked back-to-back, so leaving promptly helps ensure the next customer receives their full session and allows for safe handovers between users.
If you would like more time in the field, you can:
Book an additional session (subject to availability).
Extend your session through your account where available.
