Don’t worry — you can still access the field if you arrive late. Your Open Gate button will work for the full duration of your booked session.
Your booking will still end at the scheduled time, so we’re unable to extend your session or refund any lost time. You must leave the field by the end of your booking so the next customer can arrive on time.
If you’d like to stay longer and there is availability, you can extend your session through your account. Find out how to extend your booking here.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session starts to allow time for parking and getting your dog ready. See our car park rules here.
