All Grow Walkies fields use a secure gate access system to ensure only customers with a valid booking can enter.
Your access details are provided once your booking has been completed. You can open the gate in three ways:
1. Through your Grow Walkies account
Log in to your account.
Go to Bookings.
Your button will show at the time of booking.
Click the Open Gate button when your session starts.
2. Through your booking confirmation email
Your Gate Access & Instructions email will include an Open Gate button.
Simply open the email at the time of your booking and select the button to open the gate.
If someone else is attending your booking, you can forward this email to them and the Open Gate button will work for them too.
3. By calling the gate
At the time of your booking, you can also call the gate directly from the phone number linked to your booking. The number to call is listed on the sign next to/on the field gate. The gate system will recognise your booking and allow access.
If you have any issues accessing the field, please use the intercom or the emergency contact number displayed at the field.
