If you are using your phone, please ensure you have a mobile signal and that you are calling from the same phone number used to make the booking.
If the gate still does not open, please do not attempt to force it.
Use the intercom located at the gate to contact our team. When calling, clearly state your reason for using the intercom, the name on your booking, and your session time. If your details are confirmed, a team member will grant you access remotely.
In an emergency, contact Grow Walkies immediately using the emergency number displayed on the field sign. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and ensure safe access to the field.
