I booked, but someone else will be attending in my place – how do they access the field?

If someone is attending your booking instead of you, here’s how gate access works.

Our booking system is designed to ensure exclusive use of the field for every customer, which means only one phone number can be linked to each booking.

If you need to update the phone number on the booking, simply log into your account and visit the “My Profile” section to make the change. This will change the number for all the bookings.

At the time of your session, the gate can be opened by:

  • Calling the gate number from the phone number linked to the booking (you can do this from anywhere, even if you are not on site).

  • Forwarding your confirmation email to the person attending. The “Open The Field Gate” button will work for them just as it does for you.

If there are any issues, you can also use the intercom and we’ll open the gate remotely.
