If someone else is attending your booking, they can still access the field.
The easiest option is to forward your Gate Access & Instructions email to them. The Open Gate button in the email will work just as it does for you.
Alternatively, you can open the gate remotely by:
Logging in to your Grow Walkies account and selecting Open Gate for your booking, or
Calling the gate from the phone number linked to your booking. This can be done from anywhere – you don't need to be at the field.
If you would like to change the phone number linked to your account, log in and go to Profile. Please note that this updates the phone number for all bookings on your account.
If there are any issues accessing the field, the person attending can use the intercom or the 24/7 emergency contact number displayed on the field signage, and we'll be happy to help.
