You can update your account details at any time through your Grow Walkies profile.
To update your phone number:
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile.
Edit your phone number and save your changes.
Please note: our booking system allows one phone number per booking to help guarantee exclusive use of the field.
If someone else is attending your booking, you can:
Forward your booking confirmation email to them — the Open Gate button will work for them just like it does for you.
Ask them to log in to your account at the time of the booking to access the Open Gate button for that session.
You can also open the gate remotely by calling the gate from anywhere, even if you are not at the field.
To update your email address:
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile.
Update your email address and save your changes.
If someone else is attending your session, you can also simply forward your booking confirmation email to them.
If you have any issues accessing the field, please use the intercom or the 24/7 emergency number displayed on-site as a last option, and our team can assist with opening the gate remotely.
