Our booking system allows only one phone number per booking to guarantee exclusive use of the field. To update your number:
Log in to your account and go to My Profile to edit your phone number.
At the time of your booking, you can call from anywhere in the world to open the gate. Even if you’re not there, you can still let people in or out.
You can forward your confirmation email to the person attending in your place—the ‘Open Gate’ button will work for them just like it does for you.
If needed, contact us via the intercom and we can open the gate remotely.
