I haven’t received my confirmation email

If your booking confirmation hasn’t arrived, there are a few quick things to check.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please first check your junk/spam folder, as it can occasionally be filtered there.

If you still can’t find it, please ensure the correct email address was entered at checkout.

If the email is not in your junk folder and your details were entered correctly, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resend your confirmation and gate access details.
